Está muy bien en relación calidad precio. Al ser el más barato no esperábamos gran cosa y nos sorprendió gratamente. Muy limpio y la atención correcta (sin más). Inconvenientes: que está en la isla del Lido y hay que coger el barco para ir a Venecia y vale 6,50 euros el billete sencillo. No nos gustó nada que nos pasaron el cargo en la tarjeta de crédito sin estar delante ni darnos opción a si queriamos pagar en metálico. A parte de eso, muy recomendable. Staff do not communicate with one another causing huge problems. Smoking in rooms/or just outside the windows and enters the rooms nearby while the hotel is non-smoking. Staff told us they couldn't do anything about this. One staff member yelled at us for not having exact change for a 108 Euro bill (we gave him 110 and he said he didn't have 2 euro change and it was our problem). He then put a bogus charge on our bill and took the 110 Euros - very dishonest. Paul, from USA ~ 15th Nov 2009

The hotel is very good but the location is terrible. Too much far of the main Island in Venice. And it is very expensive take the boats there. So It would be better stay in the main island close to main square. Amanda, from Brazil ~ 1st Aug 2009

Even though it is a little far from Venice, the Rolling Venice card pays for itself, so that was alright. The hotel definitely had a seedy feel, but it at least felt safe. Mary, from USA ~ 12th Jul 2009

Location was alright.. but the staff was terrible! We had a nice man to check in with but when we had to leave in the morning the new man gave us the wrong bill and insisted that we pay it eventhough we told him that was not our bill. He swore at us and made us pay it. after we left he proceeded to chase us to make us pay more (still being very rude) and finally realized HE was wrong and gave us our money back and never apologized. The Lido is a fantastic location, do not be put off by the fact that the hotel is not on Venice Island. Explore the Lido - there is a beach at the end of the street! Hotel is excellent value, plenty of hot water (showers are brilliant). Definitely recommended. James, from England ~ 23rd May 2009
