You hadn't any kind a locksystem in your closet and that pissed me off coz I had two costumes (around 1000€) with me! And what the point to give JUST one key to each room? I had two strangers in my room and I needed to wake one person up like after midnight coz I haven't key! And that person took that key with her, so in the morning I needed to go downstairs to get the key, back to upstairs to lock the door and then back downstairs. Wtf, really. We stayed in this hostel for 2 nights. Very handy as it was only a 10 minute walk from the Westbahnhof train station, important when carrying rucksacks! So close to the subway for getting into the city centre as well. We had a priavte room which was huge with enough storage for about 5 people and there were 2 of us! Big kitchen on our floor which was great for cooking and a large common area downstairs. This hostel was great! It's not in a very central location, but theres a train stop very close by so it was easy to get around. The staff was really nice and helpful and the facilities were clean. Big hostel where you can find lots of people, but understaffed, the receptionist alone can not take care of so many guests. The kitchens are a bit messy. Decent hostel! I was surprised with the room. It was clean and very cute. The only downside is the key system, they should really implement a keycard system so you aren't potentially locked out of your room (or not able to lock your room).
