I can hardly remember a better experience in a hostel ever, and I've been to quite a few all around Europe. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I got to meet all of them. During my stay in the Transylvania Hostel of Cluj-Napoca I totally felt like home, they show me around the city and made me enjoy Cluj way more than I expected. Clean place, really cosy and taken care of, super safe. I've been there twice already, and if I go back to Cluj, I'll go there again, trust me. Victor Manuel, from Spain ~ 4th Jan 2012

Enjoyed my private room in quiet courtyard. On ground level and perfect for seniors. I loved my big bed, cozy duvet, bedside lamp and high ceiling. The staff are kind, friendly and resourceful. I was very well cared for. elisabeth, from USA ~ 20th Aug 2011

I´ll never go there again. They don´t accept EURO and their rate for LEI isn´t good. Cameras are everywhere. You can go to the kitchen only with ask of staff. They have a cardsystem for door opening (deposit for card is 10 LEI) but it isn´t work good. I feld more as a child in school than customer.
