The place was very quiet when I was there in November. The rooms are fine, and the ensuite bathrooms are very nice. Mine had a nice bath tub. Staff are friendly. Internet access is expensive. It is a good 15 minute walk from the train station and I had a little trouble finding it the first time. Katrina, from USA ~ 12th Nov 2009

This is a place you will either love or hate. I thought it was great. The staff is fantastic and it has hotel standards for everything. Great price for what you get. The hostel is good but the rooms DONT have windows so you can't see what is going on outside. I had a female room but the first night I don't know why there was a man in mine room. My brother was in a different room (a male one) and the next when we asked to move him to my room they told us that it was a FEMALE room. This is actually a hotel--and a very nice one at that--so if you can get a hostel bed here, do it. The only disadvantage is that if you end up in a room with many beds, you're left sharing one bathroom, but it's worth it for the luxury surroundings and round-the-clock, very helpful staff. More like a hotel than a hostel. No kitchen facilities and the internet is very expensive. Even have to pay for WiFi. Breakfast is 5 euros also. One of the girls on the desk was really helpful and friendly, the other was not. Not a cheap place to stay. Jacinta, from Australia ~ 13th Mar 2009
