Vana Tom is a great hostel at the optimal location for a Tallinn visit. Sleeping at the hostel though is not gonna be easy though when sober (walls don't block any noise from the corridor or outside). Then again, who goes to Tallinn to sleep anyway

The Hostel ist really good situated in the center but unfortuatelly there was construction work going on when we were there and nobody told us that when we booked. So rooms were not very clean but the bathroom was super!

6 nights we were and we faded a bag with milk and food.there is no common room, the kitchen is very very small and there are only 5 dishes for the whole hostel. We were going 9 people and did not have dishes for dinner all at once

We stayed for 5 days in Tallinn - and the hostel was good. It's located directly in the old town so you can easily reach everything on foot. They got a 24h reception so there was no problem by entering the hostel or even buying drinks in the middle of the night. Our room was quiet small but really nice and we were really lucky by getting a room to the backyard. We stayed here only one night but it was very good! I can recommend this hostel for everyone! Location was awesome, only some noise from outside the hostel disturbed a little at night, but not much.

Everything was ok, and the guys at the front desk were nice and helpful. Not much going on in the hostel, but Tallinn is lovely, so we spent most of the time outside...
