Loved it! Very clean and comfy rooms, spacious with high ceiling and wooden bunk beds, perfectly clean bathroom. Staff helpful, location next to train station just short walk into town. Common area with sofas, 2 internet computers, bar, everything looks very nice. Only thing is there are no lockers or reading lights in dorms. But definetely would stay there again and again! This is the best hostel among the 5 hostels I've stayed during my trip in south france this time.The room is nice, with big enough space. There is a living room for reading & writing. And a garden with seats for people to have beers. Free Internet. Only one thing is that I booked a 4-bed room but was assigned to a 6-bed room. I didn't notice that until the end of the trip. This is a great hostel with a terrific bathroom however it is very hard to get to sleep. There was a noisy fan to cool us and a window to open. We were still hot and were distracted by the noise on the street. Yes it's a good location but it's in a loud area. Marion, from Australia ~ 24th Aug 2011

We enjoyed the Vertigo Centre very much. The location is excellent in terms of accessibility (right next to St. Charles station). The street may be a little noisy on the evenings, but usually becomes quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good because it is close to the gare, but, it is in a very unsafe part of town.My girlfriend/travel partner and I did not feel safe walking around the neighborhood at night.Also, although the staff was on the whole very helpful, they were also seriously misguided about bus information.Twice we spent more than a few hours waiting for buses they told us would "certainly" be there, only to find out that such-and-such bus NEVER runs at such-and-such time: on Saturday, Sunday, after 10PM, REBEKAH, from USA ~ 7th Sep 2011
