Jordan Tower Hotel is strategically located in a prominent area of Downtown Amman within 30m of the Roman Amphitheatre in the centre of the souq - and easy to find.
Jordan Tower Hotel caters for the serious traveler of all ages interested in the history and the culture of the people and the places around them. It\'s not a noisy partying place and alcohol isn\'t permitted however, there are plenty of those venues nearby for those wanting to sample local beverages etc. The hotel atmosphere is warm, cozy and friendly yet not intrusive.
Inexpensive Shared trips operate daily to all destinations, although subject to demand we always have at least 2 trips daily for guests to enjoy.
Solo travelers (especially ladies) will never feel lonely or isolated and will always feel relaxed, safe and happy. They will also have the chance to meet and connect with other guests, join group trips or have a private trip at reasonable rates, share each others\' travel experiences and information in a friendly atmosphere. Play chess or read a book from our small library.
Consider making Jordan Tower your base to make day trips to explore the delights of nearby tourist attractions.
The hotel has recently been renovated and updated to provide suitable comfortable accommodation from shared dorms to ensuite rooms at \'value for money\' budget prices - It Includes spacious communal areas, excellent service and a host of other facilities such as FREE WI-FI.
Includes a FREE hearty breakfast of fresh local produce with plenty of freshly brewed tea / coffee. Inexpensive Light snacks and soft drinks are also available.
Enjoy our panoramic roof terrace with great views to the Citadel and Roman Theatre and the surrounding area and relax in our newly opened street cafe under the hotel where you can enjoy browsing the internet, a light snack or perhaps just a tea or coffee... CHILLAX Cafe offers a refuge from the chaos of the souk where you can watch the world go by.
We do not have a lift - 4 floors of accommodation. If you have any disability please request a lower floor. Assistance is given to all guests with cases to their rooms free of charge. No alcohol permitted - plenty of places around if you need a drink.

Overall, I thought the place was good. Loved the breakfast in the morning, it was excellent.The floors under the beds are very dirty and never get cleaned, which is gross. The washroom is very tiny but the water is very hot. Emily, from USA ~ 21st Feb 2013
