Pros: Hotel is clean, good value, some of the staff are really helpful, rooms are decent-sized. Cons: Hotel is in a decent (though not great) neighborhood, very noisy at times, showers were warm but NEVER hot, some staff were really clueless (examples: they tried to make us pay twice for our reservation, they sent our tour guide away (twice) after we\'d told them that we were expecting him, they got our reservation wrong so that a two singles room reservation was given to us as a double).
