Set in an original Victorian villa, Kariba Guesthouse is a family-run property located just a short walk from Edinburgh city centre.
Fully modernised, the house still retains many of its charming original features and has a range of bright and comfortable guest rooms, all equipped with private bathrooms, TV, hairdryers and tea/coffee-making facilities.
We serve breakfast each morning, accompanied by a continental buffet featuring a variety of fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, freshly ground coffee and a selection of teas. Vegetarian options are available.
Kariba Guesthouse is perfectly located for visiting all the main attractions in Edinburgh, and you can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome when you return.
We have parking available for 6 cars at a rate of �8 per day. We will be more than happy to offer you any assistance you require in booking trips or deciding what to do while in Edinburgh.
Check-in: 12-9pm
For late arrivals the guest MUST contact the guest house to arrange key pick up.
Check-out: 10:30am
Payment is accepted by cash or credit card (with a 3% surcharge for credit cards).
Please note that the property will contact you regarding your CVC code to finalize your credit card details as a guarantee for arrival
Breakfast is included in standard rooms only. Basic rooms do not include breakfast.
We feature a 7 day cancellation policy
The Kariba Guest House is only 15 minutes walk away from the city centre. It is conveniently close to many major attractions and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
Please note that the customer must contact the guest house to finalise credit card details, to secure the booking.
Cash & CC accepted, in case your payment is made by CC there is a 3% additional fee.

Check in from 12pm till 9pm, Guests must advise about arrival time and late arrivals if after 9pm.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place was to stay. We arrived very late to check in and she still greeted us with a warm smile. Breakfast was phenomenal. I really just can't say enough about the level of hospitality and the beauty of our room. The location was excellent as we were a pleasant walk from the castle and city center.
