Welcome to Florence! Our hostel is a place dedicated to people interested in staying in a quiet, stylish, clean and friendly place.

We offer 12 spacious rooms for couples, friends and singles who like to have the right space for themselves. Eight of the rooms include a bathroom and all of our rooms are comfortable, luminous and quiet and include TV and DVDs.

In all rooms you'll be able to connect your laptop or telephone with our free Wi-Fi connection.

In our experience, space, cleanliness and decor are what make a place comfortable.

We are located in a 1000-year-old building in the artistic heart of this renaissance town. In fact, we’re in the perfect location. It's just a few minutes from here to the train station (Santa Maria Novella), a short walk to the Cathedral (Duomo) and just a few meters from the Accademia Gallery.
We’re also situated close to Fortezza da Basso expo centre and the convention centre. Everything can be reached in a walking distance.

The most cheapest parking in Florence (the parterre) is only 10 minutes’ walk from here in Piazza della Liberta.

The atmosphere is friendly and courteous; we are happy to lend you guidebooks to help you to better discover Florence.

Our hostel is managed by a Florentine family who are happy to help with suggestions and information as well as with reservation at the museums.

We doesn't pretend to present ourselves as your chicest choice to sleep in Florence. But we try to do our job with simplicity and care for the real needs of travellers – nothing more than that.

We hope that people can feel at home in this cosy place and that this can be a place to rest, remember and make yourself at home, wherever you think it is.

This is not a party hostel.

We are within a 10-minute walk from all sights and amenities, including the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi internet access, luggage storage, a bar and a common room. Linen and towels are provided, and all rooms have television and DVD.

We do not have a lock-out time or a curfew.

Check-in: 1pm to 8pm. Check-out: 10.30am. Reception is open from 8am to 8pm. Please note that we strictly do not accept check-in outside of reception hours. If you arrive early before check-in, you're welcome to come drop your bags off from 8am and enjoy a coffee in our bar. Please note that the Florence City Council Tourist Tax is not included in the rates. The tax is €1 per person per night and shall be added to your balance upon arrival. It is only payable in cash. This tax does not apply to children under the age of 10. Please include this in your budget calculations. This is not a party hostel. It's not a convent but the only rule we try to follow is about being decent because not all our guests would like to share others' excesses. We have a 72hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night's accommodation.
