The staff was great and always helpful.The day staff spoke a little English, but there were others there who could speak enough to help us.The balcony rooms have a great view of the ocean - it was wonderful sitting on the balcony and having breakfast and watching the ocean. A 5 minute walk up the street to the main road in Kenting that has lots of food places, becomes a night market around 5 pm, scooter rental, shops, etc. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the room was very clean! christine, from USA ~ 6th Feb 2013
