The house is surrounded by a park of holm oaks and pines, very quiet, 500 mt from the sea, few km from the centre of Livorno. The guest can easy reach Lucca and Pisa (35 km), Florence (100 km), Siena and Volterra (150 km).

Each room (4) is full of light and comfortable and has its particular entry of the garden, bath and shower, conditioning and heating, TV sat with DVD, free Iwifi nternet.

Bruna e Marco, the owners living here, will be glad to suggest you hidden corners, restaurants, villages to discover and enjoy your holiday

We live there and friendly we'll welcome you. We wish you feeling at home and we ask you respect for the nature, the garden, the neighbours, the other guests.
Each room has its private entry form the garden, so you are free in going out and coming back.
