From Cebu North Bus Terminal, take a bus to Maya (4.5hrs, 180pesos). From Maya Port, take the public boat to Malapascua (45min, 80pesos). During low tide, you will have an additional fee of 20pesos (twice) for the small boat. You will encounter many touts on this journey. Please be careful with your belongings and try not to fall for their scams. The first boat is 0630 and the last public boat is at 1630. You should take the bus from Cebu prior to 11am to arrive in time for the boat.
