Resort Inn Sakanoshita is conveniently located in a peaceful area near Late Kawaguchiko, the biggest lake among the famous Fuji Five Lakes. It is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Station and a 10-minute drive to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park. A convenience store and a super market are within 5 min walk from the hostel. There are also restaurants nearby. Free Wifi Internet connection is available.
The guestrooms are Japanese style with futon beds. They have traditional tatami (woven-straw) floors and shoji paper screens. Room facilities include pajama, slippers, towels, toothbrush set, razor, comb, and flat-screen TV. The rooms are non-smoking. Bathrooms are shared.
Guests can enjoy a relaxing Japanese style bath in our public bath. The bathrooms can be reserved for private use. There are also natural hot spring public bath house in the neighborhood.
You can enjoy strolling through the garden or relaxing on the terrace. In warm weather, barbecue facilities are available. DVD player and Mahjong set can be rented at the front desk. Luggage storage is also available at the front desk.
We serve homemade western and Japanese food for breakfast and dinner. Meals are served at the dining room. Please make a reservation if you wish to dine in the facility.
Other facilities include a gymnastic hall and a multipurpose hall.
Free transportation service to and from Kawaguchiko Station is provided. Please make a reservation in advance.
