Located in the heart of the City Centre we�re not only close to the motorway and all major transport links including the Metro but we�re a short walk from the shopping centre, any of the city�s famous nightlife destinations, Newcastle and Northumbria universities, music and sports venues including St James� Park, art galleries, museums and theatres (we�re a 2 minute walk from the Theatre Royal on the world famous Grey Street), the Quayside and Central Station (ideal for those visiting Hadrian�s Wall).
We offer beds in large or small single sex dorm rooms all with individual storage space, as well as private rooms for between 1 and 10 people. All rooms are en-suite with bed linen provided, towels are supplied in private rooms or are available to hire if you book a dorm bed. A continental breakfast buffet is provided free of charge each morning with the option to upgrade to a Full English breakfast at weekends.
You'll get speedy, Free WiFi access throughout the hostel (including our bedrooms), Internet terminals, secure luggage storage, a guest kitchen and dining area, free city maps, free guest laundry facilities and a �chill-out� room with an Xbox for little kids and big kids alike. All of our prices are Tax inclusive. We also offer secure motorbike or bicycle storage free of charge. It�s perfect for everyone from Backpackers, Flashpackers, solo travellers and couples to business travellers, families and large groups.
Our fantastic bar, The Ware Rooms, has established itself as the prime spot to enjoy a night out with great tunes, drinks offers, cocktail specials, special offers and meal deals. We also show live sport on our big screen.

This is a new hostel, I believe, which is built to look sleek and modern. It is, in some ways, but it lacks many of the basic amenities one expects from a hostel. This is one of those places that tries to charge you for everything imaginablenot just internet (four pounds a day, or a pound for 20 min.), but also things like left luggage. Then there are the bathrooms, which are the size of a bathroom you\'d find on a cruise ship (i.e., tiny). Poor kitchen & common areas, too. William, from USA ~ 24th Jun 2012
