Currently, accommodations are usually limited to female guests.
However, males are welcome to reserve the entire hostel for a private booking.
Welcome to Osaka! Very cozy, old Japanese style house.
SUMO BACKPACKERS are located in Nakatsu in the heart of OSAKA.
Easily accessible - only 1 minute walk from subway Midosuji line Nakatsu station (1 stop from Umeda station) or a 15 minute walk from JR Osaka station.
Subway Midosuji line (red) is the most important and used line for Osaka\'s people and it passes through Shin-Osaka, Umeda, Shinsaibashi, Namba and Tennoji.
About 30 min. to KYOTO and KOBE. 10 min. to SHINSAIBASHI or NANBA (another downtown in Osaka)
We provide free internet access, wi-fi, bilingual TV, and a DVD player.
We also provide linen free of charge, however please bring your own towel.
If you do not arrive after 3 hours we will have to cancel your booking. If you are delayed for some reasons, please contact us to let us know.
We do not accept credit cards.
Please make sure you exchange some currency at the airport because it is difficult to find banks in town to exchange currency.
NOTE: CHECK-IN time is between 4pm and 10PM
