Antique Apartment KOKOB in Plovdiv, Bulgarien

In our antique apartment the Art deco'stel KOKOB - the castle of art deco - we try with love and fondness in the home of our childhood to reproduce the atmosphere of the 30ies of the 20th century.

This was the time when our grandparents fell in love, born their children and the world was still full of hope and fascination from the new machines and technology unaware the upcoming war. The first radio and the first telephone set in the family used for more than 60 years until the late 90ies testify for those times long ago.

We collected and restored the old furniture and added comfort armchairs and large hotel beds attempting to combine the air of the old epoch with the comfort of the new in a cozy but exciting lodging.

Our mission is Your pleasant, restful and stress-free stay, so You can recreate from the trips and get ready for to the hottest city in Bulgaria - Plovdiv - with hot people, hot prices and hot opportunities. Welcome to 6000 years of history, culture and civilisation!

We speak English and German and have best contacts to cultural objects and monasteries in the whole large area of Plovdiv. With us You could learn how to prepare typical meals and drinks from the Balkan, play board games or just sit and enjoy from the balcony the beautiful view of the famous hills of Plovdiv.

Every morning a seasonal or continental breakfast!

Our ROOMS are strictly non smoking, but we offer a big outdoor balcony if You need to smoke ;-)

Rather than other there are good connections with all transports inclusive a free car parking.

Very near by feet or bus - No7, 20, 26 to the Central Rail station /4 stops/ and Central Bus station /3 stops/ - Avtogara Yug - get off on Hotel 'Trimontsyum' /Trimontium/.

Once arrived inside the entrance go 5 stairs down and turn to the left - there is the elevator/lift and press the button to the 6th floor. Welcome!
