Hostal Dominico Mundial is a budget hotel with 14 rooms. All room rates with breakfast included. Is Located in the heart of the oldest city in the New World. If you want to see all the historic places and buildings in Santo Domingo, then you must select our hotel to understand the charme of the Colonial City.
We are directly in front of Parque Duarte where you can sit and enjoy the soft breezes with the locals. As you walk out of our front door you will be surrounded with many of the oldest sights in the city. Within view of our door is the ruins of the Monastery and Church of the Dominican Order and we are only 1 1/2 blocks from the main shopping street in the old city, Calle el Conde.
Inside our hotel, in our patio, you enjoy in the morning the Dominican Coffee for free and the whole day it's one of the silences place in the capital. All water used throughout the hotel, we keep chlorine all the time.

Very nice owner. He helped us and give us a lot of tips how to travel through DR which made it easier and safer here in the capital. Nice hostel but a lil bit hard to find, even for taxi driver but people there are friendly so no worries -))) Daniel, from Germany ~ 4th Jun 2013
