The Bed&Breakfast is located on a quite street in the historical center of St.Petersburg, next to the river Fontanka.

swissSTAR opened its door in April 2006 after a complete (14 months) renovation. Operated as a Bed & Breakfast, its Swiss management will make sure you feel comfortable and safe. Moreover, if coziness and moderate pricing is important to you as well, then you really might want to have a closer look.

All rooms have independent heating and hot water supply and are equipped with mini-safe and a fridge. Most rooms come with ensuite bathrooms (with towel heaters and heated floor). Broadband internet access is available via WLan in all rooms - free of charge.

Daily room cleaning is provided free of charge. Laundry service is offered at a small fee.

Local phone calls are free of charge as well as is the usage of our Computer in the hall. A satellite TV is available in the big kitchen.

Breakfast is organized on a self service principle. You decide when to have breakfast, what and where. Simply set your table in the big kitchen and select your breakfast from the wide selection of products available. We only ask you to place unused goods back into the fridge and remove the dirty dishes into the dishwasher. Everything else we will take care of.

Upon request we arrange transfers from/to airport / train-station, sight seeing tours and language courses. We also provide visa-support and registration services.

Our staff speaks english, german and russian.
