It is just 10 min of walk from Diocletian palace (which is under UNESCO protection), 1700 years old monument build by roman emperor.

The building is just five years old, so it's almost new, modern arhitechure, nice rooms, new furniture, balcony, restaurant, caffe, room with internet access, easy access for disabled persons, football and basketball court.
