Evelyn's Apartment in St Lawrence Gap, Barbados

Evelyn\'s apartment is located upstairs and consists of three bedrooms with two bathrooms, a living and dining room, large enclosed patio and a kitchen area.

Evelyn\'s apartment can be rented either as a two bedroom or three bedroom unit.

The master bedroom and all other rooms feature air-conditioning and a standing fan. The master room is ensuite and features a double bed and single bed as well as lots of cupboard space. The second bedroom has double beds and a single bed and a standing fan is also provided. Our third bedroom here at Evelyn\'s Apartment features a double bed and single bed with a standing fan provided.

The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, gas stove, fridge.

The dining room has a table and chairs for 8 persons. The living room has cable TV, comfortable chairs and sofa and opens on to a large patio area which is completely enclosed.

The patio, which offers a view of the neighborhood, is furnished with chairs for relaxing.

There is another small common area which contains a linen cupboard, telephone, and small selection of books for your enjoyment.

Downstairs there is a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment which is rented separately and a laundry room is shared between the tenants. This laundry room consists of a washing machine and iron and ironing board.

There is also a garden where laundry can be dried as well as space inside for drying clothes.
