Our house is located in the city center of 'the Life Style City Stuttgart' with the best infrastructure and only 2min away from the public transportation system. We offer in our house 3 completely newly renovated Apartments, each with 3 double rooms; a big area for watching TV and you can use the fully equiped kitchen.

Also each Apartment have a seperate bath room and toilet. The rooms can be locked individually. Latest check in is 10pm. Check out is 11am. As there is not always somebody at the house, please make sure, you give us a call - thank you!

Binding to the public local passenger traffic is very good: with the underground line No.14 or No.1 you come directly from the main train station to your stop called 'Marienplatz'. From there you only walk 1-2min into the 'Tübinger Strasse 78', where the Blaues Haus Stuttgart is located. All places of interest as well as trade fairs are reachable very easy by pupblic transport. In the dircet neighbourhood you will find many supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, banks, pharmacies, cafes and so on.
