B&B alle Erbe is located in the heart of the city of Verona, a few step from Piazza delle Erbe the ancient Roman Forum. On the first floor of a historic building of Corso Portoni Borsari, just 5 minutes walking from the most important places in the city.
The entrance is by the Court Sgarzarie, the covered square where the guild of wool, in the Middle Ages, 'sgarzava' wool. An exclusive square which hosts several events on summer.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Please note that after your booking the Alle Erbe B&B will do a pre-authorization on your card. If the credit card is not valid or not working, the reservation will be cancelled automatically and your deposit won't be refunded.
Check in hours are between 13.00 and 20.00. Outside of this time window, we can not guarantee reception of our guests.
Payments are in cash only at the check in! we remind that all communications, cancellations or changes to bookings have to be made via email to: sleepeasyservice@gmail.com and can be done not later than 48 hours before arrival time. (reference for calculating the 48 hours are 0.01 after midnight of the day of arrival)
We remind that the tariff of your booking is a special tariff and is lower than the normal price offered by the establishment.
In case of cancellation after the given 48 hours or in case of no-show, the total sum of the booking, plus the costs of handling (10 euros + 21% VAT for the emission of the invoice), will be maintained by the establishment.
As foreseen by international law of protection of personal information and credit card information, in case of a crime, your information will be used to refund any damages or theft done against the establishment.
This agency keeps and performs a service for its associates, and therefore any type of payment, maintenance and VAT will be applied.
In case of legal interventions, legal expenses will be added with a variable note.
It is forbidden to let in strangers into the building, and for hygiene reasons animals and bicycles aren't allowed in the rooms.
ou can only check in between 1.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m.! Out of this period is IMPOSSIBLE for us to receive the guests. Please get in touch with us if you are going to be late (we might be able to wait for you until 8.30 p.m. but ONLY if you alert us). pets not allowed it's strictly forbidden to bring bikes in room

The location is perfect (20 meters from the Piazza delle Erbe), the cleanliness and furniture was ok, but could be more modern. The bathroom was at the average level, especially because of the fact that there was no shower, but only a bathtub. The most important flaw of the stay was the huge noise during the night when a group of local students started having party in the yard. Moreover, the telly wasn't working. Therefore I think that the place is worth recommending, but the price is too high. Piotr, from Poland ~ 5th Nov 2012
