This hostel has good and bad points First the location is quite far (not from the Vatican 15 min but from the rest of the city). The night life is poor and you have to take a bus (I recommend the bus 23 from piazzale clodio to trastevere a very animated and nice part of the city). The member of the staf are quite nice but it really depends of the member. There no lock on the room's door and breakfast is not included in the price. This hostel is not bad or good, just average. Staff are friendly. It is difficult to find even with directions on booking sheet. It is a reasonable distance from most sights, takes at least 30min to walk anywhere to main sights, but is close to Vatican (10min walk). Is about 15min walk from metro, and metro closes quite early in Rome. Bathrooms are kept averagely clean. There was a 'permanent resident' who went from room to room each night, depending on where a bed was available, which was

the bed we were assigned was broken, our things were moved and touched, as well as having other people in our dorm constatnlt having sex, even though we complaining the staff did nothing. all in all an appalling choice to stay here for the amount of money they make you spend

The staff was very rude. VERY UNCLEAN, VERY DISORGANIZED! Our beds were mixed up two of the nights that we stayed there. The rules for keeping quiet after midnight were never enforced. VERY BAD DIRECTIONS. It says to Look for the car dealership. Look which way?? It would have been much faster to take the Metro, instead of the hour long buss ride through the whole city of Rome! HORRIBLE HOSTEL. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND this to anyone!
