If you go to Lagos, you MUST stay at the Rising Cock! Wake up hungover to Mama's freshly cooked crepes (all you can eat) - they really look after you. Funnest hostel there is!
it was a bit of a walk to the beach but other than that it was a great hostel- free internet was great, breakfast was AWESOME, and the only issue was that they put us in a double bed bunk bed instead of four singles. She asked if that was ok though, and (most of us) are pretty easy going. One quiet girl in my group really hated the place though but she prob prefers to live in a bubble anyways. Great job!

Where to start? This hostel is amazing! Mama and Papa make everyone feel at home. The hostel is close to the bars and the beach - less than 5 min walk. All the guests are up for a good time, and a good time is usually had by all! Definitely stay here if you are heading to Lagos. Other hostel breakfasts just don't compare to Mama's all you can eat crepes!
No doubt the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The woman who runs the place is referred to as 'Mamma', and that's exactly who she is, everybody's mom. This is basically a place worth going out the way for. Plus, Lagos is a great party town, just don't go past the city walls.
