I so dissapointed with the hostel as they charged my 10% deposit and later because of some important reason I cancel my travel to london still i have to pay the first night. No way i will come and stay and make a booking in this hostel. I really rather pay more and stay in other place as unhappy with the reason they gave me.

It was a great location! If you get a room with a shared bathroom there is only 1 for like 6 rooms.... very hard to get your time in it! Staff was great! The location is the best though! Super close to victoria station and a short walk from everything!

The location is excellent!!! But the cleaning stuff likes to leave opened doors after they have finished their job. Otherwise everything was great, would recommend this hotel if the location is important.
