We really enjoyed staying at the Hippo Hostel! It is a cosy house with a wonderful staff, that organizes bbq's and trips. It is a good place to meet other backpackers, there is a beautiful garden and a chill room (with a huge DVD-collection).

Nice and helpfull staff, but sometimes we didn't know who was working there and who was there as a guest. We had nice barbeque evening there. Lot of American and Australian travellers.

- Friendly & informative staff. - Would have liked the front & bunk room doors to have been lockable but was advised Montenegro doesnt have any crime (well i'd like to be NOT the first cheers) - Location was residential and the mini market across the street was great.

Great hostel, staff are awesome and very helpful, and great place to meet people and have a few beers. Would highly reccomend.
The Hippo is a great place to stay. It's very social has lots of activities for guests. You could easily stay here longer than you originally planned!
