This is very good clean budget accomodation with no frills. Its fine to sleep in and is very central, and cheap compared to other options.

Nice room, cosy athmosphere, clean and in the heart of Venice close to Rialto. Staff is friendly but not more then that. Would go back if I ever visit Venice again.

The breakfast that is included in the price are JUST one drink (caffé or juice) and one small cake. The location, though, is perfekt, the best!! A bit hard to find but okay:-)

The room itself isn't bad but there is no room for socializing. I felt very unwelcome. You can't use the kitchen and you have to leave the kitchen and patio by 9:30. There are only 4 chairs throughout the kitchen patio and a couch. I am traveling alone and it made it very hard to meet people. The atmosphere here just gave me a wierd feeling.
