We stayed in the apartments and they were really well equipped. Be careful with thew local police!

i was one of the first travellers to use the campsite as a "hostel guest". i was by myself and it was low season, so the place felt kinda lonely sometimes. but for portugese prices, the place is an excellent value, if you are travelling without your own tent and the "tent bungalows" there for rent make a little adventure, but are nice and clean and for me, definitely, a place to come back to. there are busses to the beach, but not very often. i enjoyed the walk though, too!
