Our beds weren't changed or even made when we arrived. Staff wasn't too friendly but that's okay we got around fine. It's a little out form the center but you can take a tram ride in and the night bus 359 back so it's no trouble really.

More like a hotel than a hostel...not many opportunities to meet people and you have to take a tram ride to get into the center of Amsterdam. Other than that they have good security and the hostel is a clean place to sleep. I was probably too high to really care anyways...its AMSTERDAM this place provides all you need...a bed!

Loved it. Beautiful place, well worth the money. Can be reached by bus #22 or tram 14, stop at Javaplein, 5 min walk. Bus 22 stop at Centraal, 2 min walk from other buses and trams, direction Indische Buurt. Tram 14 is reached by transfer from other tram as it does not stop at Centraal Station. I give it a 100%.
