Without Spanish it´s very hard to communicate with anyone of the reception-team, because they don´t speak English. That´s poor!

Our stay here was very nice. We got in super early, and they were perfectly okay with watching our bags for us. The place was absolutely covered with security cameras, so we felt very safe. Our room was rather large and clean, as was the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Madrid.
