No lockers? Seriously? No way 17 guests should be sharing 1 sink, 1 shower, and 1 toilet. Also very disappointed with staff attitudes & cancellation policy. I stayed 1 night and had to pay for all 5 I had booked. A partial refund is standard.

Great location and clean enough.I would fully recommend. Common room excellent for meeting for others particularly if traveling alone. Staff ok, but strangely considering the majority either going to/from St.Petersburg they have no idea about train info. Bizarre!!
