The hostel is good, clean, but its in the middle of nowhere..if you are planning to visit the city it may be not a good option unless you have your own car.

Had really nice night with the owner of the hostel when we went for tea next door & he insisted on paying. taiwanese are the friendliest people, no contest. hostel clean with air con- v necessary! if you get the #15 bus you will have no problems finding the place. tourist information at the train station are helpful with this. I preferred that the hostel is outside the centre as there are green hills surrounding
