As an avid hosteller and backpacker who's stayed in all sorts of places all around the world, I can unequivocally say Amigo in Taipei was the WORST place I've ever stayed in my life. Let me explain why without any hyperbole: 1. Filthy. Sheets weren't clean (you could see the dirt), bathrooms were disgusting and smoking was allowed inside. 2. Loud. No quiet times meant drunk tourists were up all night talking and playing loud music. The walls of each room don't go all the way to the ceil
