Maintenance urgently neeed on windows & shutters, almost impossible to open/close. Be nice if reading lights above bunks were working -some people like to read at night! Breakfast should not be called *continental* - how about adding either yoghurt/slice of cheese/ham or an egg? Showerhead in 3 extremely eratic - you either burn or freeze! Sorry, but you did want to know...

The location was wonderful, the resturant and staff were excellent, but I felt the shower room could do with better maintenance + cleanliness. The reception staff needed to be friendlier and more helpful, but I would visit again mainly due to the location and novelty value of being on a train
