I\'ve stayed at many hostels and was really dissatisfied with this place. First, they gave my bed away to a walk-in (which defeats the purpose of online booking). Then, they made me sleep in a much larger dorm. To make matters worse, they didn\'t understand the concept of a 10% deposit, so they made me pay more than I had to (ie 100% of the rate instead of 90%). The two cleaning ladies are the only people who look after the hostel. Though they are nice, neither speaks a word of English. If you want to communicate, you have to go to a hotel down the street and talk to an an English-speaking manager there. There also is no sign for the hostel, which makes finding the place a crap shoot. There are also multiple codes for entering the building, which the non-English-speaking ladies can\'t really explain. FYI: in terms of security, somebody had their laptop stolen the week before.

we booked for a 4 bed room, but there is not... They put us in a 6 bed room, for the same price... But worst of all: they asked us 700 rub. for the registration, and actually, this is free!!! So book for a 8 bed room and remember them that they have to do the registration FOR FREE. Tho hostel is very clean, nice atmosphere and very well situated.
