the bedroom was the dirtiest room that we had ever seen. no tv in the bedroom, really dirty , we will never return here! that's sure!

There was a lack of hot water! Every time my friends and I wanted to take a shower, we had cold water. There was only three of us and we were never able to take three showers in a row because there was no hot water.

as a first time overnite visitor desperately needing communication/directions/advise of where to go what to do or how to find places to help dissapointed as I wish to move to Ottawa in future and need all the contact support possible,perhaps because this was a holiday nite but next time shall choose betterplan
