Staffs are very approachable and amiable. Room in Twin Private is spacious and the aircon is very cool. Towels and bedsheets are fragrant. Walking distance to the most place of interest. BTW, please improve the cleanliness of toilets and on the dining area at 3rd floor, please remind guests not to smoke. All in all, the experience is quite good. Thank you very much! =)

Dear Mr. Raja, Thank you for your kind comment. However, based on the publish room rate (in most cases applies to all guesthouses in Kuala Lumpur) bath soap is not compulsory or made available to guest. It is also a common among frequent budget travelers that they would normally bring along their own personal effects for own consumption. Rooms with aircondition (RM 70/night) are equipped with wardrobe, side table, table lamp and also soap on request. We truly apologize if this arrangement did not meet your expectation. However, your point is noted and we will look into making improvements to offer more comfort to our guests.
