Absolutly the best hostel we have been on so far. Everybody is really friendly. only thing is that they couldn't figurer our danish passport. So 2 of us had really wierd names on the order. But it was no problem. as long as we just remembered our new giving names.

3 backpackers within 200m at the same street. city backpacker hostel seemed the best to me as it hosts its own irish pub and has a roof terasse as well! security is very good, room (for 3) was even for 2 people tight. staff was more (guy) or less (some girls) friendly. terasse on the roof would be great for bbq, parties, etc. but was not used the 2 nights we stayed.

Really great place to stay. If you ahve big groups of people it would be more fun as you can party on the roof. Great location to the main station and perfect for a one night stop or an extended stay

I thought the hostel was expensive for what got, the 6 bed dorm was really cramped with no storage space. Which was a real nusiance when you had to take care of your own delph and cutlery.

The room was quite spartan and cramped. The communal bathroom facilities lacked places to put or hang things. The kitchen was small and cramped. In these respects what was offered was not good value for money - in stark contrast to the YHA where we stayed for our remaining 4 nights in Brisbane; much better physical facilities at substantially lower cost.
