I had paid the booking fee but they could not even find the booking but they could find all of my details! They did not even apologise! There English was rubbish and it caused me great inconvenience!

Increase the time for breakfast. betweent 7-8 is not really that good. Cheap and clean. But everything else was fine

It says on the website that it only takes 2-3 minutes to walk from the central square. This is not true, especially not when you have a lot to carry. For me the short distance mentioned was an important reason to choose this hostel so when it took considerably longer I was quite grumpy when I got there. I also think that if you announce to have breakfast between 7 and 8, there should be enough food for everyone up to 8, now the bread was finished already at 7.30! Annika
