The staff were extremely helpful, despite being very busy. The train ticket service was useful and the tours easy to book, and I don't think too over-priced.

The couple that run the hostel and other staff were very helpful. It was great that they picked everyone up from the train station. Also they were good about answering questions and organizing tours. The hostel itself is in a good location to see the sites of Ulan Bataar but Ulan Bataar at night can be a little dangerous. The beds and such aren't the newest or most comfortable but they do have net, laundry, tv, and other services.

really nice, homey atmosphere, and the staff were very helpful. good trips and excellent advice about moving on, trains, everything. i would recommend UB guesthouse to everyone.
