one of the best hostel ive ever stayed. rooms are clean and bed are comfortable. hostel has elevator, less than 5mins walk to subway and 10mins walk to eaton center and the bay. staffs are really helpful and friendly. definitely would recommend to anyone who's visiting toronto. :)

Very bad that there is no common shower/washroom facilites - if you need to get up early to catch a flight/bus you have to wake everyone up. No possibility to dry hair etc outside room.......
