the staff are very friendly & helpful.good hostel to stay in as close to shops & cafes during day,but at night would advise to get a taxi to all the main spots as hostel is in centre of the city but everywhere closes at around 6pm & like all main shopping cities around the world not the safest to walk at night.good spot though & handy for seeing all the sights.
