We just stayed for one night after arriving in the U.S. The hostel was ok and clean though staff was not very friendly. For example, we were not told that we were entitled to a free breakfast in a nearby cafe because we had booked via hostelworlds. We just got the voucher when we went to ask for a place to have breakfast nearby...

I was just in transit and needed a place to stay for a day. It was perfect for what I needed. It´s in a nice clean part of town and the rooms and facilities at the Y were very good.

I've been a guest at the Flushing Y on two previous occasions and this was the worst visit. Never stay on the 4th floor, the rooms are a disgrace...it's as if they're an afterthought.

We saw a big cock roach in our room and had to kill it. It did not make sleeping that night very easy to do.
