After booking one night for 5 people at Hotel De Haan and paying 10 dollars, I called to confirm my reservation, and they said since it was a very busy weekend they were not going to respect any reservations made over the internet, and if I wanted the room I had to deposit the rest of the money right away. At the end I couldn´t stay there and I lost my 10 for the reservation.

Pros: The location is the best thing about this place. Its just steps away from the beach and is pretty much smack dab in the center of town. I met some really cool people while staying there and the staff was really nice. There's only one computer but at least the internet is free. Cons: OK the place looks good on the outside but once in the rooms especially the dorms in the back of the pool, you will see that the walls are paper thin and even have holes between them. The worse thing is that

We put a deposit on our credit card, paid in full when we were there, and they still charged the credit card. Horrible customer service.
