Very warm environment. Staff is very friendly, helpful, always ready to give information about anything related to Inverness or Highlands. A beautiful view of the river from the living room and a nice fireplace give you a lovely experience to have a glass of wine playing a guitar (there are 2 for guests) and meeting people from everywhere. They don't need locks in the bedrooms yet.

The absolute best hostel I ever stayed in! The best staff, best ambiance, clean rooms and coolest people and it was cheap! It was like coming home, chilling by the open fire with other backpackers! I recommend this place to absolutely everyone, it made my roadtrip!!!

Good location and warm atmosphere in the common area. The hostel is on a busy street so bring earplugs, but otherwise the staff are friendly and the conditions are clean.

The hostel was old, small and dirty and only a girl from the staff was nice. The rest people from the staff looked as if they didn´t like us to be there.
