The hostel is very central, but that makes it a lil bit loud too.. If u r okay with that, its a great starting point for seeing amsterdam. The staff is helpful, but could be smiling more....

the staff were very friendly and the hostel is ideally located to everything including the train station. The 14 bunk room was a little cramped, but did have air con. The bathrooms were very basic and the upstairs toilets very very small! Beware of the stairs! but overall a decent place to stay!

Staff of the hostel are really kind (des nounours) who take care of us and are always helpful, they are really pleasant.

This was not a horrible situation by any means, and the staff were great and very friendly. Lockers were a roll of the dice and if you get a small one you can't fit your stuff in them. I saw multiple mice while I was there, don't put stuff on the floor. The stairs are an experience.
