Staff do not speak English it was very difficult to get any kind of information. The room was very dirty with spiders and vomits over the walls. We booked a triple room and they gave us a doble. The bathrooms was filthy.

this is a good location for someone who is on sightseeing. The rooms are very basiv and could use some new furnishings. There was no TV, we thought we are in the eighties hostel in communist prague. on the average it was good

The hostel is comfortable and clean but no laundry facilities. Staff at front desk don\'t speak English, so it\'s hard to get information about the city, things to do, etc. But during the day the office staff are very helpful. Unfortunately we discovered this too late to be of much help.

Room and linen was clean but kitchen facilities dirty and unusable. Long, leaking crack in ceiling a worry.
perfect for the price. we enjoyed a basic room, clean and secure and only having to share bathroom with one other room is great! close 10 min walk to charles bridge etc. close to train station, tram stop and supermarket. Appearance is a little 'tired', however is perfect for budget travellers. Also have basic kitchen facilties.
