This hostel is in a great location, right by Puerta del Sol. The rooms were spacious and clean, although the hostel seemed deserted the entire time we were there. The staff is not overly friendly, although we didn't encounter any issues when staying there. If you are looking for a quiet, cheap stay, this is a safe bet!

The location of this hostal is perfect. Two mintues away from plaza mayor. Its is very clean and has ac which is great. the only thing i didnt like was the girl who worked there couldnt be less friendly. The two other guys were much friendier!!

We had an huge, amazing room with a balcony and a large, very clean bathroom. The hostel itself was very clean and well-decorated and in the best location - everything you need to see/do is within walking distance or at least a short metro ride. The men at the desk were less than friendly, but that didn't really affect us. It helps if you speak Spanish.
Great location, nice bathrooms, and the showers had good water pressure. I didn't see much of the staff but the ones I spoke to were friendly.
