Staff would not honor my reservation. I was stuck in Brisbane with no place to stay. Oh ya, and they refused to give my deposit back. Don't waste your vacation - stay somewhere worth staying at

Beware: there are two addresses for this hostel! The front is on Kennigo Street, the back of the hostel (where you should arrive for reception) is on Grenier St. I didn't know this and arrived for late check-in at the front entrance. I knocked and used the intercom for 10 minutes before dragging all my luggage through the club district to find another hotel. Ended up costing me a pretty penny. very good hostel, only two small annoying things is that only one of the two receptionists understand (my ??) English & 20mins by foot to Queensmall. I would recommend this hostel, if you have a car or dont mind walking 20mins. Otherwise you could take the train for 2 stations every day...
